Quote your policy and/or claim number in every message.
Personal data is treated under the GDPR framework.

Unresolved complaint
Escalate an unresolved complaint
If the matter remains unresolved, send a written complaint with all relevant information to the Argus Complaints Officer. Argus says the officer will investigate independently and keep you updated.
